Mind Balance Group for Anxiety & Depression

Our new CBT Skills Group led by Tahseen, MS, NCC, LAPC, offers a supportive and structured space for adults navigating anxiety, depression, and overwhelming stress. Rooted in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, this 8-week group focuses on helping participants build practical tools to understand and shift unhelpful thought patterns, regulate difficult emotions, and strengthen coping skills. Tahseen brings warmth, cultural sensitivity, and advanced CBT training from the Beck Institute to create a safe, inclusive environment where healing and growth can unfold. Whether you’re new to therapy or looking to deepen your skills alongside others who understand, this group offers a meaningful way to build resilience and reconnect with your sense of agency.

  • Mondays from 6PM-7:30PM EST

  • Private pay: $45/week

  • Limited to 6-8 group members
